  Bad customer service!! I walked in today for a haircut 45 minutes before they closed. The first thing the owner asked was if i had an appointment. I said no and then he looked to a bearded barber and he consulted him regarding my haircut. With an attitude, he said no like he did not want to be bothered. To boot, the owner, who i believe is John, tells me that he is all booked up tomorrow (Sunday). I did not even ask him about Sunday. So in other words walk-ins are not welcome, and don't bother coming in tomorrow! Since I lived around the corner, it would have been convenient to come here. Must be getting so busy that customers are getting turned away, and rudely, at that. I will be getting my haircut at In The Cut in Fishkill instead - my son got an excellent haircut there (in addition to friendly service and no appointments necessary).
